What happens on the call.

We discuss your current challenges, what you've tried, and what you want to accomplish. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before we speak - part of the conversation is identifying the real problem. If I believe I can help, I'll explain the solution I recommend and the pricing. If I'm not the right person for the problem, I'll tell you. There is no hard sell and no endless follow-up after the call.
